If your refund request is approved
a. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment you used when purchasing our services.
b. Timeframe: Please allow 45 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances
a. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the cooling-off period has expired.
b. Client's Actions: If the deficiency or non-delivery of services is a result of actions taken by the client or external factors beyond our control, a refund may not be granted.
c. Third-Party Services: Refunds are not applicable to fees paid for third-party services, advertising budgets, or any other costs not directly invoiced by HeadFord Interactive Private Limited.
We reserve the right to modify the scope and terms of our services as agreed upon in the initial contract. In such cases, we will work with you to find a mutually satisfactory resolution, which may include adjustments to fees.
